They often asked us that when we were children, didn't they? When we were carefree and dreamed about what fate had in store for us and our future.
Each of us encounters obstacles along our path. Being able to overcome them with the help of external support provided specifically for us certainly creates value.

We didn't fully understand the unexpected events and sacrifices that, a few years later, would accompany us as we explored the adult world. For children, the world is simplified and their desires are within reach; the desire to have their dream job is dictated by what makes them happy.
The concept of “you can become whatever you want” seen through today's eyes is undeniably different.
As we grow up, we change our goals, aim higher and higher, and become fully aware of reality through the experiences that come our way.
What does this mean?
As we grow up, we focus more on results and less on being happy.
Today's world moves quickly, and each of us tries to do our best to survive and manage our commitments. Or perhaps we have reached the point where the very meaning of this day has changed?
We try to keep up with the times, believing that the directions we are given are the most accurate guiding lights on our dark path, and that only in this way will we reach our goal.
And what would that goal be?
From kindergarten to university, you never thought you wouldn't graduate, did you? Once the long-awaited and acclaimed thesis discussion is over, and while we are still riding the adrenaline rush of the recent celebrations, we are ready to truly put ourselves out there in the real world, the world of work.
However, no one really prepares us for this moment, either in theory or in practice. How can we find a job that will make us truly happy and carefree?

But above all, are we sure that our culture embraces the idea of being happy at work?
The idea that work must involve sacrifice and deprivation should no longer be accepted. The struggles of the past were fundamental to the desire for radical change, and today we cannot presume to go back too far.
When we finish our studies, we arrive at the real starting point, from which we must begin to build an independent life: it is the moment when real responsibilities begin.
Are we ready to fight to achieve what we really want?
Finding a job today is not easy.
Unfortunately, job insecurity also affects our lives; we are people characterized by precarious relationships, open relationships, and friendships of convenience. Instead, we should start giving the right weight to what surrounds us.
Paris
July 20, 1889
What happened?
The conquest of the 8-hour working day.
It was a true international affirmation of workers' autonomy.
May 1st thus became the symbol of a truly important anniversary, commemorating the struggle and progress toward a fundamental human right.
However, the achievement of our great-great-grandparents was not without difficulty. Work shifts at the time often lasted more than 16 hours; that was the norm, and the idea of living to work was central.
Perhaps today we don't fully realize it, as those moments seem very distant, past occupations, activities that are almost completely blurred.
It's like when we study wars at school that took place not so many years ago in the very places where we live. Our grandfather may have participated in them, but we can't fully understand it. We can't know the feelings of abandonment, the hunger suffered, the forced combat.
Only when those who experienced it firsthand try to vomit out their memories, a story of a past life, can we almost feel those chills that show us how different it was from the cozy world we live in today.
The struggles that took place to win such an important right completely changed history.
Today, you should stop and ask yourself this question: have I become what I dreamed of as a child?

The paths we take, the ideas we have, and the thoughts we think can vary depending on the experiences we have every day. But the ability to smile and feel fulfilled in our lives inevitably leads to the same feelings we had as children when we played soccer in the backyard using two sticks as goalposts.
Do you want to start taking care of yourself again?
It is possible to work and be happy.
The answer can be found within the company you work for, through the introduction of services that can help you balance your private and professional life.
The introduction of a customized corporate welfare plan, i.e., one based essentially on the needs of each worker and their family, should be seen as extremely positive.
If you truly value your employees, they will be satisfied and motivated enough to share your company's goals.
