At the time of its inception in 2002, Eudaimon was the first entity to deal with corporate welfare in a structured way In Italy.

 

Today it is the company with the most comprehensive corporate welfare proposal in our Italy, with a wide range of services for large companies, SMEs, employer associations and unions.

 

The Epassi Group, founded in 2007 in Helsinki, is a European leader in digital solutions for employee benefits delivery. In 2022 and 2023 Epassi was honored by the Financial Times among the fastest growing companies in Europe. Epassi itself is evolving both geographically and in its value proposition, aiming to become a European player in the HR technology sector. For this reason, in 2025 the group is acquiring VIP District, with the aim of further expanding its offering towards a broader concept of employee engagement.

 

The merger between these three entities will allow to offer companies and people increasingly effective solutions, amplified and empowered by technology.

Italian experience

From Eudaimon 's roots comes a deep understanding of the Italian market. Thanks to the annual Censis-Eudaimon reports, we regularly monitor the dynamics of welfare and the needs of companies and people. We are also coordinators of the IEP - Enterprise and People Network, founded in 2009, and founding members of AIWA - Italian Corporate Welfare Association (2017).
