Eudaimon S.p.A. protects the confidentiality of personal data and guarantees them the necessary protection from any event that may put them at risk of violation.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe the way in which this website is managed, with reference to the processing of Personal Data of the user visitors who consult it in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, also referred to asGeneral Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
2. Scope of Application.
This Privacy Policy relates only to www.eudaimon.it and not also to other websites that do not pertain to Eudaimon S.p.A., which may be consulted by the user by browsing the links.
Eudaimon S.p.A. declines any responsibility with regard to the possible management of personal data by third party sites and with regard to the management of authentication credentials provided by third parties.

The data controller, i.e. the entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, is Eudaimon S.p.A..
Treatments related to the web services of this site are handled only by technical staff of Eudaimon in charge of processing.
No data from the web service is communicated or disclosed to third parties.

a) Data provided voluntarily by the interested party
Any voluntary and explicit sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site, as well as the completion of the "forms" (masks) specifically prepared, entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, as well as any other data communicated, in order to respond to requests and/or proceed with any activities requested by the Interested Party.
The use of Personal Data for the possible sending of advertising material, commercial information, sale of products or services by the Company, may take place only after the express consent of the Interested Party has been given.

b) Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation and for the sole duration of the connection, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in URI(Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

7. Internal organizational structure
Eudaimon S.p.A. has adopted an organizational structure aimed at ensuring effective and efficient protection of Personal Data processed by it. Its organizational and process safeguards are described in the appropriatePrivacy Organizational Model adopted by the company.
8. Whistleblowing
In compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023 ("Whistleblowing legislation"), Eudaimon has activated a special channel through which relevant reports can be made.

9. Changes to the Policy
This Policy governs how personal data provided by visitors during the use of the website is processed. The possible entry into force of new industry regulations, as well as the constant review and updating of user services, may result in the need to change these arrangements. It is therefore possible that our Policy (as well as the documents attached to it) may change over time and we therefore invite the visitor to periodically consult this page.
